Packaging:

 

All of our products comes with basic Packaging: Ribbon and Thank you tag.  All at wholesale price.

 

The Additional Packaging:

 

We have all types of Ribbons, Boxes, seals and Personalized thank you tags for you to choose from.  Please call for details.

 

Price Match:

 

We do price match to all Canadian Vendors and web site if possible.  Please contact us for details.

 

Delivery Time:

 

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 12 weeks depending on availability of products, and method of shipping, chosen by the customer.  If the items are in stock, they can be picked up or shipped immediately.  Note: Special and Personalized product will take longer production time.

 

To CANADA: CANPAR, UPS or pick up at our showroom.

We will inform you about the product availability and shipping information by email or phone after we received the order.  Remember, special arrangement is always available since we want to try our best to assist our customers, just simply call us and see what we are up to.  We really care about your wedding day so we always encourage our customers to order as early as possible so the delivery will be on time.  Angelbean will not be responsible for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the US/Canada Postal system, war, terrorist attacks or Natural Disaster.

 

GTA Deliver Service:  Start from $30.00, depends on size of the products and deliver distance.
 

Shipping Information:

 

Shipping Charge: 

Shipping fees are calculated by weight of your package and by volumetric weight on larger items. Shipping and handling charges and any duties or taxes are paid by the customer from Toronto, Ontario, Canada to the destination.  

 

Shipping will be free if you pick up from our showroom

 

Sales Tax:

If your order is shipping to USA, you will not pay any sales tax. If shipping to CANADA, you will pay 7% GST.  If shipping to Ontario, you will pay 6% GST and 7% PST.

 

Shipping Address:

Please provide us the shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the package upon arrival. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE  THERE WILL BE A PERSON TO RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT ON THE SHIPPING ADDRESS DURING DAY TIME.  ALL SHIPMENTS WILL RETURN TO OUR TORONTO ADDRESS IF NO ONE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL.

To ensure that your order arrives on time for your big day, we recommend brides to order as early as possible. We ship every package with care and attention to your wedding date.

 

 Refund and Cancellation Policy:

 

Deposit can be fully refund before receiving the products.  (except Personalized items)

 

You can return the products within 7 days upon received but unfortunately there will be a 25% restocking charge plus return shipping cost.  Personalized and editable item are not exchangeable or refundable.
If you need to return the products, please send an email to returns@angelbean.com or call us at 1.416.332.8837 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Payment Method:

We accept Visa, Master card, or cash.
All orders will be sent upon receipt of payment.

 Minimum Order:

In order to provide our customers a lower price, we set minimum orders on different products.


Showroom By Appointment: Mon - Thur 1:00pm – 7:00pm, Fri - Sat – 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Sunday Closed.
